CBSE 12th Result 2023 Declared: Here's How To Check Result On DigiLocker

CBSE Class 12 Result 2023 Announced: CBSE has released the class 12 result on results.cbse.nic.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CBSE 12th Result 2023. CBSE result is now available on the official website of the Board at results.cbse.nic.in. Students can also check their result on the DigiLocker App and website. The overall pass percentage for students who appeared in the CBSE Class XII Board exams in 2023 is 87.33%. This pass percentage is 5.38% lower than the overall pass percentage of the previous year. The pass percentage of girl candidates in the CBSE Class 12 board exam is 90.68%, which is higher than the pass percentage of boys, which is 84.67%. However, the pass percentage of transgender students is 60%. 

“No merit list will be declared by CBSE to avoid unhealthy competition among students. However, the board will issue merit certificates to 0.1 percent of students who have scored the highest marks in various subjects,” a senior board official said.

Among all regions, Trivandrum has topped the list with a 99.91% pass percentage followed by Bengaluru securing a pass percentage of 98.64%. 

With 78.5 percent, the Prayagraj region has ranked at the bottom among all 16 regions for two years in a row in the CBSE Class 12 results, indicating the necessity for improving the region's education system.

To access the CBSE 12th Results 2023 on Digilocker, you can follow these steps:

  • Go to the DigiLocker website or download the DigiLocker mobile app on your smartphone.
  • Log in to your DigiLocker account by entering your registered mobile number and OTP.
  • Once you are logged in, click on the "Education" section and select "Central Board of Secondary Education".
  • Enter your CBSE Roll Number, School Code, and Date of Birth as per the details mentioned in your CBSE Admit Card.
  • After filling in the required information, click on the "Get Document" button.
  • Your CBSE Result for class 12th will be displayed on the screen.
  • You can download and take a printout of the result for future reference.
