The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will soon release the BSEB 12th Result 2024 date and time. Bihar Board will declare the arts, commerce and science streams results before Holi. Once released, students will be able to check their results from the official websites of Bihar Board at results.biharboardonline.com and interbseb.com. Students should keep their credentials ready to check class 12 results. Students will be required to enter their roll code and roll number to view the result.

According to last year's marking scheme, if a student fails in only one subject by no more than 8 percent of the marks or fails in two subjects by no more than 4 percent marks in each, they will be awarded the marks they are deficient in. Similarly, if a student has achieved 75 percent marks in aggregate but has failed in only one subject by not exceeding 10 percent marks and cannot be considered eligible for passing under any other regulation, they will be declared as passed.

Last year, the overall pass percentage for the Bihar Board exams was recorded at 83.70 percent, with girls outperforming boys. Commerce topper Somya Sharma and Rajneesh Kumar Pathak secured 95 percent. Science topper Ayushi Nandan achieved 94.8 percent. In Arts/Humanities, topper Mohaddesa scored 95 percent.

In theory, students must score at least 30% of the total marks in each subject to pass. Meanwhile, In practical, a minimum of 40% of the total marks in each subject is required to qualify.
