Bihar Board 12th Result 2024 Declared: 87.21% Pass Percentage, Best In Five Years
With an overall pass percentage of 87.21%, BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore said that this is the best Bihar Board 12th Result in the past five years.
The Bihar School Examinations Board (BSEB) has released the Bihar Board 12th Results 2024. Students who appeared for the Bihar Intermediate Exams 2024 can check their results now on the official website - biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, using their credentials like roll number and roll code. Students may also note that they will also be able to check their BSEB 12th Results 2024 through SMS as well as the DigiLocker App. Notably, BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore announced the Bihar Board 12th Results 2024 through a press conference today.

Earlier, the BSEB conducted the Bihar Intermediate Results 2024 from February 1 to February 12, 2024. Over 13 lakh students reportedly appeared for the BSEB 12th Exams 2024 and among the total number of candidates who appeared for the exams this year, 87.21% students have passed the exam. While announcing the results, BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore said that this is the best pass percentage in Bihar Board Class 12 Exams in the past five years.
Among all candidates who appeared for the exam, girls have once again outshined boys in the BSEB Inter Results today. Overall, while 85.69% boys have passed the Bihar Board 12th Exams 2024, a total of 88.84% girls have passed their Bihar Inter Exams 2024. Moreover, the overall pass percentage in the Bihar Board Inter results 2024 is 87.21%, which is the best in five years.
In the BSEB Inter Exams 2024, a total of 6,69,467 boys appeared for the exam out of which 5,73,656 have passed their exams. Among girls though, 6,22,217 appeared for the exams and 5,52,783 have passed. Moreover, over 5 lakh get first division in BSEB Inter result 2024. A total of 5,24,939 students have got first division in the Bihar board Intermediate examination while 5,04,897 students have scored second division. A total of 96,595 students have managed to score third division.
