Re-NEET: NTA Releases Notice For Re-Exam For 1563 Students, Check Details Here

Re-NEET: This re-exam is being conducted to ensure fairness and give affected students another chance to secure their desired scores.

Re-NEET: The National Testing Agency, NTA has released a notice announcing a re-examination for 1,563 students. This re-exam is scheduled to take place on June 23, 2024. The results are expected to be declared on June 30, 2024.

The NTA will be contacting the students (1,563 in total) directly. Only those students who experienced delays at their exam centers will be eligible for the re-test.

The marks obtained by the candidates who will appear in the re-test will be considered and their marks based on examination on 5 May, 2024 will be discarded.

NEET 2024 Exam Pattern

Students can check the NEET 2024 exam pattern below:

  • Conducting Body: National Testing Agency
  • Mode of Examination: Offline
  • Timing: 2 PM to 5:20 PM
  • Duration of the Exam: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • Total Number of Questions: 200, out of which 180 have to be answered
  • Total Marks: 720
  • Question Type: MCQs
  • Marking Scheme: +4 marks for each correct answer and -1 for each incorrect answer

Where To Get Admit Card?

The NTA has said that the Admit Card for the candidates will be issued subsequently. The fresh Score Card after the examination in case the candidate appears for the re-examination will be hosted on the website after the examination.

It added that in case of any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the Admit Card for the NEET (UG) - 2024, the candidate may contact 011 - 40759000 / 011 - 69227700 or e-mail at neet @nta.ac.in.
