UGC NET December 2023 Provisional Answer Key Released On ugcnet.nta.ac.in, Raise Objections Till January 5

Candidates will be able to required to login to the official website to view and challenge the UGC NET December 2023 Provisional Answer Key.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2023 Exam. candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download the UGC NET December 2023 Provisional Answer Key from the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Moreover, besides releasing the answer key, the NTA has also started inviting challenges/ objections against the answer key. Those candidates who face discrepancies against the UGC NET Answer Key would be able to raise objections against the same till January 5, 2024. 

Candidates may note that they will be required to raise objections against the UGC NET Answer Key 2023 in the online mode only on the official website. Furthermore, candidates will be required to pay a processing fee of Rs 200 for objections/ challenges raised per question. The processing fee needs to be paid online through the online payment gateway itself. Candidates may further note that they will be required to login to the official website using their login credentials like application number and date of birth to view, and raise objections against the answer key. 

Notably, the NTA conducted the UGC NET December 2023 Exam on December 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2023, in the online CBT (Computer based test) mode. The exam was held at around 292 exam centres across the country. The UGC NET December December 2023 Exam was held for a total of 83 subjects. Notably, the NTA UGC NET Exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of suitable candidates for ‘Assistant professorship,’ and ‘Junior Research Fellowship.’ For more details on the UGC NET Exam, candidates are advised to visit the official website.

  • Visit the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link to challenge the answer key
  • In the new page that opens, login using your credentials
  • In the new page that opens, click on the link to View/ Challenge answer key
  • The UGC NET December 2023 Provisional Answer Key shall now be displayed on your screen
  • Click on the question ID you wish to challenge
  • Submit your challenge and save your claims
  • Upload supporting documents
  • Pay the processing fee and submit
