NEET UG 2021: #shiftNEETUG is trending on the microblogging website Twitter. Thousands of medical candidates on Twitter are demanding the suspension of NEET UG 2021 exam. Students have also stated different reasons why NEET 2021 should be postponed. Most say that the entrance exam is close to their board exams and other state and national level entrance exams, so it is impossible to simultaneously prepare for different examinations with different question patterns. The NEET UG 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 12. Students are demanding that it be postponed for a week or two. Several posts are being posted on Twitter by students requesting to postpone the exam.

NEET UG 2021 exam happening close to these other exams

The examinations to be held close to NEET UG 2021 include CBSE Class XII Improvement and Compartment Examination and ICAR AIEEA UG 2021. A day after the NEET, the improvement and compartment paper of CBSE class 12 mathematics will be held on Monday, September 13.

Students are demanding early issuance of admit cards

Students have also complained that NEET's admit card should be issued soon and not three days before the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the exam.

Number of NEET 2021 Exam Centres Increased

NEET 2021 will also be held at additional new examination centres. The number of NEET exam centres across different cities has been increased from 155 last year to 198 this year. The number of examination centres has also been increased from 3862 last year.
