The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) opened registration for NEET PG counselling 2024 on September 20, but aspirants are still waiting for the official schedule. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has appealed to Union Health Minister JP Nadda, urging the immediate release of the MCC NEET PG counselling schedule for 2024. Highlighting the impact of the delay on thousands of young doctors, the IMA stated, “These aspiring professionals deserve clarity and respect, especially after years of dedicated and rigorous study to reach this point.”
Due to delays and rescheduling, the next Supreme Court hearing is set for November 19. Meanwhile, the NBE plans to release state-wise merit lists. According to the Federation of Resident Doctors' Association (FORDA), the NEET PG 2024 counselling process is set to begin on November 11.
