NEET PG 2024 Scorecard On August 30, Counselling Schedule Soon, Check Details Here

NEET PG 2024 Counselling dates will be released on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee at mcc.nic.in.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) counselling schedule is awaited. After the declatation of NEET PG 2024 results now students are eagerly waiting for the counselling schedule. NEET PG 2024 scorecard will be released on August 30, 2024. Medical Counselling Committee, MCC will conduct NEET PG 2024 counselling for 50% of AIQ seats for government, private, and government-aided colleges and the schedule for the same will be released on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. After registering for the counselling, candidates must also select and lock their preferred college and course choices within the specified deadline. Seat allotment is determined by several factors, including the choices made, seat availability in the chosen college and course, and the candidate's NEET PG Rank etc.

Students should keep checking the official website for updates on NEET PG 2024 counselling. NEET PG Result 2024 was declared on August 23, 2024. After the declaration of the result, many students took to the social media platform X and raised concerns over normalisation process. 

Notably, this year the postgraduate entrance exam was conducted in 2 shifts and normalisation was applied to prepare the results. Some students have alleged that normalisation was not applied properly and they got fewer marks and ranks than expected. 

NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Essential Documents Checklist

To participate in the NEET PG 2024 counselling process, students must have the following documents ready:

- NEET PG 2024 admit card

- NEET PG 2024 scorecard

- Class X marksheet as proof of date of birth

- Internship Completion Certificate

- Permanent/provisional registration certificate from MCI/SMC

- MBBS marksheet

- MBBS degree certificate

- A valid, non-expired photo ID proof

- Disability certificate (if applicable)

- Caste certificate (if applicable)

- Non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)

NEET-PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG
Diploma Courses as per Section 61(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 read with Chapter IV of Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023. No other entrance examination, either at the state or the Institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

Qualifying NEET-PG is mandatory for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses under various Universities/ Institutions in the country. NEET PG is mandatory even for foreign nationals seeking admission to medical courses in India.
