The National Testing Agency, NTA is expected to release the NEET 2024 Answer Key soon. Students who participated in the NEET 2024 examination are eagerly waiting for the release of the provisional NEET 2024 answer key. Once the NEET 2024 answer key is released, students can download the answer key from the official website at exams.nta.ac.in. Students will be allowed to raise objections against the provisional NEET 2024 answer key, and the NEET 2024 result will be based on the final answer key. Interested students must raise objections against the provisional answer key because students will not be allowed to raise objections against the final answer key.

NTA conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate examination on May 5, 2024 from 2 pm to 5:20 pm in 557 cities across the country and 14 cities abroad. NEET UG 2024 exam was conducted for over 24 lakh medical students competing for around one lakh MBBS seats.

NEET 2024 Marking Scheme

Students can check the NEET 2024 marking scheme below: 

• Correct Answer: Four marks (+4)
• Incorrect Answer: -1 mark
• Unanswered: 0 mark

According to the data shared by the National Testing Agency, 9,96,393 male students, 13,31,321 female students, and 17 transgender students appeared for the NEET 2024 examination. While the overall attendance was recorded at 96.94%, the attendance of male students was 96.92%, 96.96% for female students, and 94.44% for transgender students.
