The Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon is currently accepting the applications for first round of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Business Administration programme. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on the official website at mdi.ac.in. PGDM-BA Programme provides aspiring professionals with a strong foundation in business administration, combining theory and practical experience to develop skills needed in the challenging business field. April 15, 2024.

 

Approved by AICTE, this 24-month programme meets the needs of professionals for successful careers in a dynamic business landscape. Its curriculum focuses on practical skills and essential managerial tools, equipping participants to adeptly navigate the dynamic and challenging business landscape.

 

Delving into the programme’s curriculum, Prof. Sumita Rai, Dean – Industry Connect, stated, “Our curriculum for PGDM-BA tackles the ever-evolving business landscape, fostering responsible leaders with a global outlook. As prospective candidates initiate their journey into the holistic learning experience of PGDM-BA, it is crucial to keep the following dates in mind: 

• Application Window: From November 9, 2023, to April 15, 2024

• Application Deadline: Monday, April 15, 2024, until 17:00 hrs

• Interview Venue: Online

• Interview Date (Tentative): April 28, 2024 (Sunday)

• Class Commencement (Tentative): Mid-July 2024

Applicants must meet all the eligibility criteria and requirements: 

• 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in classes X and XII

• Bachelor's degree with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification executive work experience by April 30, 2024

Candidates who fulfill the stipulated eligibility requirements will be allowed to demonstrate their suitability through MDI's structured selection process, which includes:

• Application forms and valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT scores will be meticulously reviewed

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to phase 1 of personal interviews, conducted on April 28, 2024

• Applicants who outshine in Phase 1 will progress to Phase 2 of the admission cycle on July 7, 2024, at MDI Gurgaon

• The selection process may also include online interviews conducted through Zoom

Upon successful selection, admitted candidates can embark on an enriching 24-month journey.
