SSC Invites Applications For Contact-Based Young Professional Programme - Check Details Here

Interested candidates can submit their applications for the SSC Young Professional (IT) Programme in the prescribed format available on the official website.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started inviting applications for the Young Professional (IT) programme, on contract basis, at the SSC headquarters. The commission will hire a total of 5 candidates for the position for a contract period of one year, on a case to case basis. Selected candidates would be roped in on a full-time basis, and will not be allowed to take up any other assignment during their contract with the SSC. Interested candidates can submit their applications for the SSC Young Professional (IT) programme in the prescribed format available on the official SSC website. 

Candidates can either send their applications through post post to Under Secretary (Establishment-I), Staff Selection Commission, Room No. 712, Block No.12, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003. Candidates can also send their applications through email at sschq.e1@gmail.com. Candidates must note though, that the applications for the Young Professional (IT) programme must reach the commission within 14 days of the publication of the advertisement in newspapers. 

Notably, the commission notified the commencement of the application process for the position through an official notice on its website. “Applications are invited from eligible BA/B.Tech/BCA graduates for engagement of five Young Professionals (IT) purely on a short term contract basis at SSC (Headquarters), New Delhi,” reads the official SSC notice.

“The interested candidates may send their application in the format available on the website of SSC either through post to Under Secretary (Establishment-I), Staff Selection Commission, Room No. 712, Block No.12, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003, or through email at sschq.e1@gmail.com so as to reach the Commission within 14 days of publication of this advertisement in the newspaper,” the notice adds further. 

Essentially, candidates may also note that they will also be required to submit a Google Form available on the website of the Commission. Those candidates who have BE, BTech, BCA degrees from a recognised institute/ university/ college with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks are eligible to apply for the programme.
