SBI SCO Selection Process

For the Deputy Manager position, the selection process involves a Shortlisting-cum-Tiered/Layered Interaction, which is valued at 100 marks. The bank will establish the qualifying marks for this stage. Candidates will be ranked solely based on their interaction scores, in descending order. In cases where multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off marks, age will be used as a tie-breaker, with older candidates receiving higher rankings.

For the Assistant Manager position, the selection process includes an online written test followed by an interaction stage. The online written test is tentatively scheduled for November 2024 and will feature 60 questions worth a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 75 minutes. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interaction stage based on their performance in the written test. This interaction stage will carry 25 marks.
