The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for the positions of Vice President, Program Manager and other posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official SBI website at sbi.co.in. A total of 9 posts are available for this recruitment drive.

The registration process for the State Bank of India's recruitment drive began on January 20, 2023 and will close on February 9, 2023. Candidates should carefully read the eligibility criteria and selection process before applying.

• Vice President (Transformation): 1 post
• Program Manager: 4 posts
• Manager Quality & Training: 1 post
• Command Centre Manager: 3 posts

Selection Process: 

The selection process for this recruitment is based on short-listing, an interview, and CTC negotiation. 

1) Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

2) Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

3) CTC Negotiation

4) Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the interview only. In case, more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.

Application Fee: 

Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is ₹750/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. The payment can be made by using a Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc.
