SBI PO Registration Process To End Today, Here's How To Apply

SBI PO Registration window will be closed today on the official website at sbi.co.in.

The State Bank of India (SBI) is concluding the online application registration for the SBI PO Recruitment 2023 today, October 3, 2023. Interested candidates in applying for the Probationary Officer position should ensure they complete their registration before the deadline by visiting the official website at sbi.co.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,000 vacancies within the organisation. As per the official notification, candidates who have either passed their graduation in any stream from a recognised university, or those who are currently studying the final year of their degrees can apply for the SBI PO Recruitment 2023. Moreover, candidates must be aged between 21 to 30 years of age to apply for the recruitment, as of April 1, 2023. 

General and OBC category candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 600 when applying for the SBI PO 2023 recruitment. Meanwhile, the application fee for SC, ST, and PwD category candidates is only Rs 100.

SBI PO 2023 Registration: Steps To Apply

  • Visit the official website - sbi.co.in.
  • Click on the ‘Careers’ tab on the homepage.
  • Under the ‘Latest Announcement’ section, click on the ‘Apply Online’ button under the SBI PO Recruitment 2023 listing.
  • Click on new user registration.
  • Register online and fill in the application form.
  • Upload relevant documents and pay the application fee online.
  • Submit the form and download the application confirmation page for reference.

The State Bank of India will be selecting candidates for the recruitment process through a three-stage evaluation. In the initial phase, registered applicants will participate in an online preliminary examination conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This preliminary exam will comprise a total of 100 objective-type questions covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates will have a maximum of 60 minutes to complete the preliminary exam. According to the official schedule, the SBI PO Preliminary Exam for 2023 is scheduled to take place in November 2023.

Candidates who successfully pass the preliminary exam will progress to the SBI PO Main Examination 2023, which will feature both objective and descriptive-type questions. In the final stage, candidates who clear the main examination will be invited to participate in psychometric tests, interviews, or group activities.
