RPSC Junior Legal Officer 2023 Exam date has been announced by the commission.

RPSC Junior Legal Officer 2023 Exam: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the exam date for the Junior Legal Officer 2023. As per the RPSC schedule, the examination is scheduled to take place on October 28 and October 29. Candidates can access the official notice regarding this on the RPSC's official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. A comprehensive notification outlining the examination schedule will be published in due time. The purpose of this recruitment drive is to fill a total of 140 vacancies for the position of Junior Legal Officers.

Exam Date Notice

RPSC Junior Legal Officer Exam Pattern

The RPSC Junior Legal Officer examination will consist of four papers, each with a specific focus:

Paper I: Constitution of India with a special emphasis on Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, the enforcement of rights through writs, the functioning of the High Court and Supreme Court, and the role of the Attorney General.

Paper II: This paper will emphasize the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code that are commonly referenced in government offices.

Paper III: The content will cover the Evidence Act, Limitation Act, interpretation of Statutes, drafting, and conveyancing.

Paper IV: Language proficiency will be tested with Part A in General Hindi and Part B in General English.

The duration of each paper will be three hours, and each question paper will carry 50 marks. To pass, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper.

IBPS PO, SO 2023 Registration Last Date Extended

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced an extension of the application deadline for the Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officer/Management Trainee (IBPS CRP PO/MT 2023) and Specialist Officer (CRP SO 2023) positions. Candidates can now complete their registration for these exams until August 28. The original deadline was August 21.
