IB ACIO Recruitment 2024: Provisional Answer Key Released, Raise Objections On mha.gov.in

Candidates will be able to raise objections against the IB ACIO Provisional Answer Key 2024 by logging into the official website.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released the provisional answer key for the IB ACIO (Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-2) Recruitment 2024. Candidates who appeared for the IB ACIO Recruitment Exam 2024 can check and download the provisional answer key from the official website - mha.gov.in. Besides releasing the provisional answer key, the MHA has also started inviting objections/ challenges against the answer key. Candidates will be able to challenge the answer key by logging into the official portal using their login credentials. 

While raising objections against the answer key, candidates may note that they will be required to pay an objection fee for objections raised per question. Candidates will also be required to upload supporting documents to support their objection claims.

Notably, the Ministry of Home Affairs is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 995 vacancies for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-2. The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done based on a two-stage examination followed by an interview round. Those who clear the Tier-1 exam shall be called for the Tier-2 exam. In the final stage of the recruitment, shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview round. 

Earlier, the MHA conducted the IB ACIO Tier-1 Exam on January 17 and 18, 2024. The Tier-1 Exam paper consisted of 100 objective-type questions from Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical aptitude, Reasoning/logical aptitude, and English. 

As the next step of the recruitment, the Tier-2 Exam of the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 shall be a descriptive type test consisting of Essay Writing, English comprehension & précis writing. The full marks for the descriptive test shall be 50, with a maximum time limit of one hour. For more details on the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
