JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Registration Ends Today, Apply On jeemain.nta.ac.in

JEE Main 2024 Registration: Interested candidates can apply online at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude registrations for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 session 1 today, November 30. To register for JEE Main 2024, eligible candidates can visit the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in. The first session of the JEE Main exam will be conducted between January 24 and February 1, 2024, while session 2 is scheduled from April 1 to 15, 2024. Candidates can opt to apply for either or both sessions. Those applying for session 1 only need to pay the fee for that session and can choose to apply for session 2 when the application window reopens.

JEE Main 2024 Eligibility

For JEE Main 2024, the eligibility criteria are as follows:

  1. Age Limit: There is no specific age limit for candidates appearing for the JEE Main 2024 examination.

  2. Educational Qualification: Candidates who have either passed their Class 12th equivalent examination in the years 2022 or 2023, or those who are currently enrolled and appearing for the Class 12th equivalent examination in 2024, are eligible to appear for the JEE Main 2024 examination.

To register for JEE Main 2024, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • Register by providing your name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Complete the JEE Main 2024 registration form by entering your personal and educational details.
  • Upload scanned images of your passport-size photograph and signature as per the specified guidelines.
  • Pay the JEE Main application fees through the provided payment options.
  • Once your registration is successful, download the confirmation page for future reference.

JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Application Fees

  • Male candidates of Unreserved, EWS, OBC category:

    • For centres in India: Rs 1,000
    • For centres outside India: Rs 5,000
  • Female candidates in the Unreserved, EWS, OBC category:

    • For centres in India: Rs 800
    • For centres outside India: Rs 4,000
  • SC, ST, PwD, Transgender category candidates:

    • For centres in India: Rs 500
    • For centres outside India: Rs 2,500
