The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur has introduced a Post Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPEX) focused on "Leadership in Smart Manufacturing" (LSM). This innovative programme, developed in collaboration with the esteemed RWTH Aachen University in Germany, is designed to equip senior professionals with the expertise needed to lead in the Industry 4.0 era.
The PGPEX-LSM programme addresses the increasing demand for leaders adept at navigating the complexities of smart manufacturing. It combines rigorous academic coursework with practical industry insights, ensuring that experienced professionals gain a comprehensive understanding of the latest technologies, strategies, and leadership practices. The curriculum covers advancements in smart manufacturing, including automation, digital transformation, AI, IoT, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
