ICMAI CMA December 2023: Exam Dates Announced, Registration Deadline Extended Till August 17

Candidates can register for the ICMAI CA December 2023 Foundation, Intermediate and Final Exams till August 17, 2023.

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has announced the exam dates for the ICMAI CMA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Exams. As per the official schedule, the CMA Foundation December 2023 Exam will be conducted December 17, 2023. The foundation exam will be held in two shifts: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM. The exam will be held in the offline OMR mode. The CMA Foundation Exam December 2023 will be held for four papers with a total of 100 MCQ-type questions. Each correct response in the exam will award candidates with 2 marks, and there shall be no negative marking for the examination. 

The CMA Inter and CMA Final December 2023 Exams will be held from December 10 to 17, 2023. While the CMA December 2023 Final Examination shall be held from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM, the CMA Intermediate Exam December 2023 shall be held from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM, on the given dates. Similar to the foundation exams, the CMA December 2023 Final and Intermediate Exams will be held in the offline OMR mode. The CMA Final And Intermediate eczema will be held for a total of eight papers. 

Candidates must also note that the ICMAI CMA  December 2023 Exams will be held for the old as well as new CMA syllabus. Candidates may also note that the ICMAI will continue to conduct the CMA Exams under the older 2016 syllabus till December 2023. While the ICMAI is yet to announce the tentative dates of the ICMAI Foundation December 2023 Results, the CMA December 2023 Final and Intermediate Results are scheduled to be released by February 21, 2024.  

Besides announcing the schedule of the CMA Exams December 2023, the ICMAI also announced the extension of the registration/ enrolment deadline for CMA Foundation, Inter, and Final courses for December 2023. “In pursuance of Regulation 20B of Cost and Works Accountants Regulation, 1959, the last date for admission /registration enrolment to Foundation. Intermediate and Final Course stands further extended up to 17th August, 2023 (Thursday) for December 2023 term of examination,” reads an official notice on the ICMAI website in thai regard. 

Moreover, candidates registered for the December 2023 CMA Foundation course can submit their foundation exam applications up to October 17, 2023. The last date to submit exam application forms for the ICMAI CMA Final and Intermediate exams for December 2023 is October 10, 2023.
