HP Police Recruitment 2018-19: The the Prisons & Correctional Services Department, Himachal Pradesh has released notification for HP Police Recruitment 2018-19 on hpprisons.nic.in. As per reports, the department aims to fill 146 Warder vacancies for various districts including Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Chamba, Kangra, Kinnaur, Kullu, Lahaul & Spiti, Mandi, Shimla, Sirmour, Solan and Una. Only bonafide residents of the state of Himachal Pradesh who are registered with the Employment Exchanges across the state are eligible to apply. The online submission of application process will begin from 20th December 2018 and interested candidates must apply online on or before 20th January 2019, 11:59 pm. HP Police Recruitment 2018-19 - Important Dates: Online submission of application begins – 20th December 2018 Online submission of application ends – 20th January 2019 Vacancy Details: Male – 132 posts Female – 14 posts Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have passed Class 12th examinations from a recognized education board and must meet the physical measurement criteria as mentioned in the official notification given below. Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18-23 years as on 1 st January 2018. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official notification. Application Fee: Applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs 150 via online payment gateway or offline challan. For SC/ST/OBC and IRDP applicants, the application fee is Rs 40. Selection Process: The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Qualified applicants will become eligible to appear for a written examination at a place fixed by the Recruitment Board/Committee for all districts. Pay Scale: The HP Warder Recruitment 2018 is only purely contractual basis, and the selected candidates will be eligible to receive a monthly fixed contractual amount Rs 7, 810 per month.
