HECL Recruitment 2018: Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited is inviting applications from ITI qualified, Diploma Engineering holders and Graduates from various disciplines to fill for 150 Non-Executive trainee vacancies. One of the largest Engineering Complex in India, HEC Limited aims to engage the selected candidates in its three years training programme. HECL is scheduled to begin the application process on 18 th December 2018, next week on its official website – hecltd.com and interested candidates can apply for the relevant post on or before 8 th January 2019. HECL Recruitment 2019 Important Dates: Submission of online applications begins – 18 th December 2018 Submission of online applications ends – 8 th January 2019 HECL Recruitment 2018 - Vacancy Details: ITI Trainee - 65 Posts Diploma Engineer Trainee - 55 Posts Personnel Trainee - 18 Posts Finance Trainee - 8 Posts IT Trainee - 4 Posts Eligibility Criteria: Academic Qualifications: ITI Trainee –The applicant must have passed high School/ Matric or Equivalent + ITI or equivalent technical examination from a recognized NCVT/SCVT institute. Diploma Engineer Trainee – The applicant must be holding a diploma of Engineering in relevant discipline. Personnel Trainee – The applicant must have completed MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ Finance or equivalent from a recognized institute or AICTE/UGC approved course with first class 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, 50% marks or equivalent CGPA is essential from a recognized University/ Institute. Finance Trainee – The applicant must have completed MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ Finance or equivalent from a recognized institute or AICTE/UGC approved course with first class 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, 50% marks or equivalent CGPA is essential from a recognized University/ Institute. IT Trainee – The applicant must have completed B.Tech in IT / MCA or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course with first class 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, 50% marks or equivalent CGPA is essential from a recognized University/ Institute. Interested candidates must read the official notification to understand complete terms and conditions for this recruitment drive. Age-Limit: The applicant must fall under the maximum age of 28 years as on 1 st December 2018. Age- relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list prepared considering candidates’ performance in Written Test (30% weightage) followed by Trade Test / Task Observation Test / Aptitude Test (70%).
