GPAT 2024 Application Correction: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, NBEMS has started the final application correction process for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2024. Students who have already submitted the application form and want to modify some details can do it before 11:55 pm on May 30, 2024. Students are advised to rectify their mistakes and resubmit their GPAT 2024 application form as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute hassle. The GPAT examination 2024 is scheduled for June 8, 2024; the exam will be conducted in two shifts: morning and afternoon. Admit cards for the same will be released on June 3, 2024, and the tentative GPAT 2024 result date is July 8, 2024.

Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a national-level entrance examination for entry into M.Pharm programmes. Until 2018, it was conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.

"Pursuant to the closure of the Pre-final edit window on 23.05.2024, it has been noted that some candidates have not uploaded their photographs, signatures and/or thumb impressions as per prescribed Image Upload Instructions even now. Such candidates are required to rectify the image(s) in their application form during the Final edit window," the official notification reads.

Students are advised to upload images in the application form according to the guidelines prescribed; failure to rectify the image in the application correction process will lead to rejection of the GPAT 2024 application form. Notably, NBEMS has released a list of students whose previous applications were rejected, along with the specific reasons for the application rejections.

Some common reasons for application rejection are submitting photographs that are older than three months, photographs without a white or light background, lack of formal attire in photographs, blurred signatures, signatures in capital letters, and thumb impressions with improper ink levels. Students must note that they do not repeat the same mistakes while participating in the GPAT 2024 Application Correction process.
