GATE 2024 Schedule Released: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has released the GATE 2024 Exam Dates. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 is scheduled to take place on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. This examination serves as the gateway to admission into master's degree programs in engineering. The registration process for GATE 2024 will commence on August 24, 2023. Aspiring candidates can complete their registration on the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in, with the application deadline set for September 29, 2023.
While the GATE 2024 information bulletin is yet to be released, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has already made several important announcements regarding the upcoming GATE 2024 examination. The institute has disclosed the GATE 2024 tentative schedule, syllabus, application fee, and eligibility criteria on the official website.
The GATE 2024 exam is scheduled to take place in two sessions each day, with the forenoon session from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The examination will encompass a total of 30 different papers, providing candidates with various options to choose from based on their academic interests and specialization.
GATE 2024 Application Fees
For GATE 2024 application, specific fee structures have been announced based on categories and deadlines. Female candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories will be required to pay Rs 900 as the application fee, and Rs 1,400 with a late fee. For all other candidates, the application fee is Rs 1,800, and with a late fee, it amounts to Rs 2,300.
