GATE 2024: IISc Bengaluru Begins Application Correction Facility On gate2024.iisc.ac.in
Registered candidates can make changes to their GATE 2024 Applications till November 24, 2023.
The Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, has started the GATE 2024 Application Facility on gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Registered candidates who will be appearing for the exam can make changes to their GATE 2024 Applications by logging into the official website - gate2024.iisc.ac.in, using their login credentials. Candidates will be able to make changes to their online applications till November 24, 2023. Candidates may note that to make changes to their GATE 2024 Applications, candidates will be required to pay a correction fee of Rs 500. However, candidates who wish to make changes to their ‘gender’ will be required to pay a correction fee of Rs 1,400.
Notably, the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, is the GATE 2024 organising institute, and the premier institute is scheduled to conduct the GATE 2024 Examination on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. Candidates will be able to download their GATE 2024 Admit Cards from January 2024 onwards. The GATE 2024 Exam will be held for a total of 30 papers this year.
Earlier, the IISC Bengaluru concluded the GATE 2024 registration cum application process on October 20, 2023. Candidates who have completed any government approved undergraduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science/ Architecture/ Humanities were eligible to apply for GATE 2024 Exam. Candidates who are presently studying in the third year of their undergraduate degrees were also allowed to apply for the GATE 2024 Exam. The previous year GATE Exam’s eligibility criteria also included Commerce subject which has been removed this year. GATE 2024 Application: Steps To Make Changes
- Visit the official website - gate2024.iisc.ac.in
- On the homepage, login to the portal using your login credentials
- After logging in, open your GATE 2024 Application form and make desired changes
- Pay the application correction fee and submit the application
- Download the application confirmation page for future reference
