GAT-B Exam Date Postponed To May, Check New Date Here

The GAT-B/BET exam date has been postponed by the National Testing Agency.

The National Testing Agency or NTA has postponed the GAT-B/BET 2023 exam date. Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B)/ Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2023 will now be conducted on May 13, instead of April 23, 2023. NTA has released a notice regarding the same on the official website at nta.ac.in. "As per Public Notice dated 10 March 2023, Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B)/ Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2023 was scheduled to be held on 23 April 2023. In consultation with Regional Centre for Biotechnology, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) / Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) for 13 May 2023," NTA said in a notice.

The dates of downloading of city intimation slip and admit cards indicating roll number and centre of examination will be displayed shortly before the conduct of the examination on the official websites of NTA at nta.ac.in and DBT dbt.nta.ac.in.

Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT-B) paper will be held in the first shift- from 9 am to 12 pm and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm on the same day.

The GAT B exam will consist of 160 questions, but candidates are required to attempt only 120 of them. The total marks for this exam will be 240. On the other hand, the BET exam will have 200 questions, out of which candidates must answer 100. The total marks for this exam will be 300

JEE Main Answer Key Soon 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the JEE Main Session 2 Answer Key 2023 soon. JEE Main Session 2 exam was concluded on Saturday, April 15. Candidates who appeared in the JEE Main 2023 session 2 exams will be able to check the JEE Main 2023 provisional answer key on the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Once the provisional answer key is released, NTA will provide a fixed period for candidates to challenge it.
