CTET January 2024: Last date To Apply Tomorrow On ctet.nic.in

The CBSE will conduct the CTET January 2024 Exam on January 18, 2024.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the application window for the CTET (Central Teachers Eligibility Test) January 2024 session. Eligible and interested candidates who look forward to appearing for the exam are advised to submit their CTET January 2024 registration cum application forms on the official website - ctet.nic.in. Candidates may note that earlier, the last date to apply for the CTET January 2024 was November 23. However, the CBSE later extended the registration deadline till November 27, 2023. 

“This is in continuation to the earlier Public Notice dated 02.11.2023, the Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 18th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 21-01-2024 (Sunday). Due to large number of aspiring candidates applying for CTET Examination, the last date for submitting online application has been extended up to 27-11-2023 and fee can be paid up to 27-11-2023 till 11:59 pm,” the CBSE said earlier in an official notice announcing the extension of the CTET January 2024 application extension.

As per the official schedule, the CBSE will conduct the CBSE CTET January 2024 Exam on January 18, 2024. The exam will be conducted at designated exam centers in over 135 cities across the country. The CTET Exam will consist of two papers. While the Paper-1 will be held for teachers for Classes 1 to 5, Paper-2 will be held for Classes 6 to 8. The CBSE CTET January 2024 application fee is Rs 1,000 for single paper, and Rs 1,200 for both the papers. However, for candidates from the SC, ST and PwD categories, the application fee is Rs 500, and Rs 600, respectively.   • Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link to apply for CTET January 2024
  • Register online and fill in the application form
  • Upload relevant documents and pay the application fee online
  • Submit the application
  • Download the application confirmation page for future reference
