The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the registration process for the January 2024 session of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). This exam is a prerequisite for individuals seeking eligibility for teaching positions from Class 1 to 8. The CTET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on January 21. CTET 2024 Registration: Steps To Apply
To fill out the CTET 2024 application form, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Look for the "Apply for CTET Jan 2024" link on the website and click on it.
Step 3: If you are a new candidate, choose the "New Registration" option and complete the registration process.
Step 4: After successfully registering, you can log in using your credentials and complete the CTET application form. Complete the form by providing the required information, such as your details, educational qualifications, preferred exam language, exam center choice, and more.
Step 5: Now upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specified guidelines.
Step 6: Pay the application fee through the available payment options.
Step 7: After completing the payment, make sure to save or print a copy of the application form and payment receipt for your records.

The examination will be applicable to central government schools, such as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya (NVS), Central Tibetan Schools, as well as schools under the administrative authority of Union Territories (UTs) including Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Additionally, the recruitment of teachers in a few unaided private schools may also rely on CTET scores.
