CSIR UGC NET 2024 June Registration: Interested candidates can apply online at csirnet.nta.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET) 2024 June edition. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form for the CSIR UGC NET 2024 June exam by visiting the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in. As per the CSIR UGC NET 2024 notice, the last date to apply online is May 23, 2024. Candidates will have the opportunity to modify their CSIR UGC NET 2024 application form starting from May 25. The CSIR NET 2024 application correction facility will remain open until May 27. The CSIR NET June 2024 examination is scheduled for June 25, 26, and 27.

Interested candidates may further note that the CSIR-NET June 2024 application fee for General category candidates is Rs 1,100, while General-EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates will be required to pay a fee of Rs 550. The application fee for SC, ST, and third-gender category candidates is Rs 275.

  • Visit the official website - csirnet.nta.ac.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads, 'Joint CSIR-UGC NET JUNE-2024: Click here to Registration/Login.'
  • Now click on 'New candidate Register Here'.
  • Enter the required details and fill the application form.
  • Upload relevant documents.
  • Pay the application fee online and submit the application.
  • Download the application confirmation page for future reference.

Notably, the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Fellowship programme is aimed at National Science & Technology Human Resource Development. A large number of JRFs are awarded each year by CSIR to candidates after qualifying for the test conducted by it.

Joint CSIR UGC NET is a test being conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. In Indian universities and colleges subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC.
