CSIR UGC NET Result 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday declared the results for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET 2020 June examination. Candidates who had appeared for the said exam can now check the scorecard online on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. The National Testing Agency NTA conducts CSIR UGC NET (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) to shortlist candidates from Science and Technology background for the award of JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) and/ or the role of lectureship. The examination agency conducted the Computer Based Test (CBT) on November 19, 21 and 26; and November 30, 2020 for the Examination Centers in Puducherry and Tamil Nadu for Subjects Mathematical Sciences and Chemical Sciences due to cyclone “Nivar”. As per the reports, as many as 262692 candidates registered for the examination, of which 171273 appeared on the test day conducted across various centers last month.

As stated by the CSIR, the marks obtained have been transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees i.e. Raw marks obtained have been Normalised into NTA Score and the results have been declared in terms of NTA Score.
