CBSE Date Sheet 2025: Class 10, 12 Time Table Expected Soon On cbse.gov.in

CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 time tables will be released on the official website at cbse.gov.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon release the date sheet for the Class 10 and 12 board exams on its official website. Practical exams for most schools will begin on January 1, 2025, while schools in winter-affected areas will start earlier, from November 5 to December 5, 2024. Theory exams are set to commence on February 15, 2025. Sample question papers, marking scheme and syllabus of Class 10, 12 subjects are available on cbseacademic.nic.in.

The 2025 CBSE exams will introduce a new format, combining MCQs, case-based, and source-based integrated questions. These changes aim to foster problem-solving and critical thinking skills, encouraging students to adjust their study strategies accordingly.

In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the exams will also focus more on competency-based assessments, emphasizing the application of knowledge in real-life scenarios and reducing rote learning. Students are advised to concentrate on strengthening their problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

To assist students in preparing for these changes, CBSE has released sample papers for both Class 10 and 12, available for download on the academic portal. These papers help students familiarize themselves with the new exam structure and practice under timed conditions to enhance preparation and time management.
