CBSE CTET January 2024: Application Correction Begins On ctet.nic.in

Candidates won’t be required to pay any fee to make corrections to their CBSE CTET January 2024 Applications.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started accepting corrections to the CBSE CTET 2024 Applications, Candidates who have registered for the CTET 2024 Exam and wish to make changes to their submitted applications can do the same on the official website - ctet.nic.in. Candidates will be able to make correct minor errors in their CTET 2024 Applications like spelling mistakes in names, birth date, address, paper opted for, language papers, and others. However, candidates may note that they won’t be able to make changes to their exam city selection through the application correction window. 

Moreover, there is no correction/ processing fee to be paid by candidates for making corrections to their CTET 2024 Applications. Candidates may also note that they will be able to make corrections to their CTET 2024 Applications only once. Also, after the closure of the online application correction window, no further requests of changes shall be entertained by the CBSE. 

Notably, as per the official schedule, the CBSE will conduct the CTET 2024 Exam on January 21, 2024. The exam is slated to be conducted at designated exam centres in around 135 cities across the country. The CTET January 2024 Exam will be held for two papers, and candidates can either choose to appear for one or both the papers of the examination. While the Paper-1 will be held for teachers for Classes 1 to 5, Paper-2 will be held for Classes 6 to 8.   • Spelling eros in Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name
  • Birth Date
  • Caste category
  • Address
  • Differently abled category
  • Paper opted for
  • Language-I and language-II paper opted for
  • Institution or college

CBSE CTET Applications 2024: How To Make Changes?

  • Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the ‘Correction Window For CET-January 2024’ link
  • Login using your credentials
  • Click on the application form correction button
  • Make changes to the application form as needed
  • Review the changes
  • Submit the corrected application
