CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021: Along with the CBSE, many other state boards had also postponed their exams too.
CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021: In the wake of the rising number of Covid-19 cases, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had recently deferred the CBSE class 12 or intermediate board examinations. Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal had said that the board will review the situation for holding CBSE class 12 board exams on June 1, 2021, and will issue the notice 15 days prior to the commencement of the examination.
Earlier, the CBSE class 12 board examination was scheduled to be conducted from May 4 to June 14, 2021, in offline mode. The board examination was to be held in two shifts.
Along with the CBSE, many other state boards had also postponed their exams too. The Council for The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) had also postponed the ICSE, ISC Board Exams 2021. However, the council had announced that the students of class 10 will be given an option to write the offline examination along with the class 12 students.
Several CBSE schools around the country have started the application process for provisional admission to class 11. The admission of the students will be based on their marks in class 10 exams. The board will release the criteria based on which the result of the class 10 students will be prepared.
