The CAT MBA entrance test for 2023 is set to take place on November 26, with three sessions held at various test centers located across 155 test cities. CAT 2023 will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT). The exact number of questions can vary from year to year and is not officially disclosed. Following the trend from the previous year, CAT 2023 is expected to have 66 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA).

This year, there has been a substantial increase in CAT registration numbers, with 3.3 lakh MBA aspirants applying for CAT 2023. Candidates aspiring to secure a spot in top MBA colleges should aim for a CAT percentile score of 95-99+ to meet the CAT cut-off for 2023 and qualify for GD/PI rounds.
