Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2018 notification has been released by the Office of the Director General, Assam Rifles, Shillong, on the official website – assamrifles.gov.in, as per which, applications are invited for various Group B and Group C posts. Assam Rifles is scheduled to organize the recruitment rally from 28^th January 2019 onwards at various locations in Assam, Nagaland and Meghalaya. A total of 749 vacancies have been notified in the official advertisement for various posts including Rifleman, Havildar, Naib Subedar, Warrant Officer, etc. Male/Female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in pursuing their a gratifying career with Assam Rifles can submit their online applications on the official website, on or before 14^th January 2019. Application Fee: The application fee needs to be deposited online in SBI Current Account No. 37088046712 in favor of HQ DGAR Recruitment Branch, Shillong-10 at SBI Laitkor Branch IFSC Code – SBIN0013883. Group B – Applicants need to pay an application of Rs. 200/- Group C – Applicants need to pay an application of Rs. 100/- SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Women applicants are exempted from paying the application fee. Age-Limit: Group B – The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years as on 1^st January 2019 Group C – The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 24 years as on 1^st January 2019 Age-relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) to be held at the following locations:
