The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has announced the Assam CEE 2023 Result. Candidates who appeared for the Assam CEE (Combined Entrance Examination) 2023 Exam can now check their results online on the official website - astu.ac.in. To check and download their Assam CEE 2023 Result, candidates will be required to fill in their Application Number and Password on the official website. Notably, the ASTU conducted the Assam CEE 2023 Exam recently on May 28, 2023, in the offline mode.

The ASTU conducts the Assam CEE Exam to shortlist suitable candidates for admission into engineering programs offered by various government engineering colleges in Assam. As the next step towards admissions, candidates who have qualified in the Assam CEE Exam 2023 will be required to participate in the counselling round.

The ASTU on June 3, released a notification on its official website announcing the release of Assam CEE 2023 Result and the availability of rank cards. “CEE-2023 rank is generated on the basis of total marks secured in all three subjects i.e. (mathematics, physics and chemistry): In case of tie in total marks obtained, the preference is given to the highest marks scored in Mathematics, if tie still exists then the highest marks obtained in Physics followed by Chemistry, Date of birth and Alphabetical order of names are taken into account sequentially,” reads the official notification in this regard.

Moreover, candidates who wish to receive a photocopy of their OMR response sheets can also obtain the same through an offline application. “The candidates who intend to obtain their photo copy of OMR sheet, may apply for the same along with the prescribed fee of Rs 300/- on or before 17th June, 2023. The fee may be remitted to this office through bank draft in favour of "Assam Science and Technology University '' payable at SBI, AEC Branch, Jalukbari, Guwahati - 781013, Assam. Candidates should mention their Roll No., Name and Address correctly in their application. The Roll No. and name should be mentioned on the back side of the bank draft. The application addressed to the Member Secretary, CEE-2023 with bank draft should be sent by speed post or by hand at Assam Science and Technology University, Tetelia Road, Jalukbari, Guwahati-781013, Assam,” the notification reads further.
