AFCAT 2019 Recruitment Notification Released, Apply for 338 Posts from June 1
IAF has notified a total of 338 vacancies for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC), Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical/Non-technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for PC or SSC for NCC Special Entry Scheme for Flying Branch and for Meteorology Entry.
AFCAT 2019 Recruitment: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is inviting online applications for the Air Force Common Admission Online Test (AFCAT) 2019 for courses commencing from July 2020. The online application process is scheduled to commence on Saturday, 1st June 2019 on its official websites – afcat.cdac.in or careerindianairforce.cdac.in. IAF has notified a total of 338 vacancies for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC), Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical/Non-technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for PC or SSC for NCC Special Entry Scheme for Flying Branch and for Meteorology Entry.
As per the official notification, Indian Citizens both men and women are eligible to apply for AFCAT 2019 (02/2019) exam. The last date to submit online applications is 30th June 2019.

Pay Scale:
The pay scale of Flying Officer will be as per the Defence Matrix and 7th CPC. Candidate appointed as Flying Officer will be eligible to receive salary in the pay bracket of Rs. 56,100 -1,10,700/- as per Level-10, with an MSP of Rs. 15,500/-

Step 1 – Visit the official website – afcat.cdac.in
Step 2 – On the home page, click on the ‘Candidate Login’ tab and select AFCAT 02/2019 from the drop down menu
Step 3 – You’ll be redirected to a new page
Step 4 – Fill the application form, pay the application fee and submit details
Step 5 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference

AFCAT Entry – Rs. 250/-
NCC Special Entry and Meteorology – No Fee
