GSEB HSC Science Result 2019: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will be announcing the result of Gujarat Board Class 12th Science Result 2019 today i.e. on Thursday, 9th May 2019, 8 am. More than 1.5 lac candidates had sat for the GSEB HSC Science exams 2019 that were organized in the state from 7th March 2019 to 16th March 2019.

A total of 57,511 students had appeared for Group A exams (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects), 89,760 for Group B (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects), and 31 students sat for Group AB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) in the Class 12th Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams for Science stream.

Approximately 10,000 are estimated to have appeared for the re-appear exams.

The results of these candidates along with results of Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2019 will be made live shortly on the official website of the Board – gseb.org. Apart from this, the result will also be available on indiaresults.com and examresults.net.

The Gujarat HSC Science students must keep their six-digit Seat number handy while GUJCET 2019 students should have their Hall Tickets with them to check their result online. Students can follow the results below to check their result once it is released by the board:

How to check GSEB HSC Science Result 2019?

Step 1 – Visit the official website – http://gseb.org/

Step 2 – Click on the notification that reads, ‘Click Here to go GSEB Board Website’

Step 3 – Click on the result link – ‘HSC (Science) Examination Result March 2019’

Step 4 – Select your Group and enter your six-digit Seat Number

Step 5 – Your result will be displayed

Step 6 – Download your result and take a printout for further reference

Past Year Stats:

In 2018, nearly 1.35 lac students had appeared for HSC Science exams, out of which 57,734 students represented Group A, 76,888 students were from Group B and 19 students were from Group AB. The overall pass percentage stood at 72.99%, with nearly 9% decline from previous year’s pass percentage 81.89%. Girls had outshone boys with 74.91% and 71.84% pass percent respectively.

Girls have outshined boys this year. 71.83% boys have passed while 72.01% girls passed this year in the class 12th science exam.
