Pilot, Husband Thrashed By Mob For Torturing 10-Year-Old Help In Delhi: Caught On Cam

A woman pilot and her husband were beaten by a mob in Delhi for allegedly employing a 10-year-old girl as a domestic help and torturing help.

A mob pulled and thrashed a woman pilot and her husband in Delhi's Dwarka for allegedly employing a 10-year-old girl as a domestic help and torturing her, reported ANI. The video posted by the agency shows a large number of people shouting at the couple. They then pull them out of the building where they live and start beating them. As per the report, the husband of the woman is also an airline staff. 

Delhi police said that the girl has been medically examined and a case has been registered under sections 323,324,342 IPC and Child Labour Act, 75 JJ Act, reported ANI. The accused couple have been detained, police said, as quoted by ANI.

The viral video shows people beating the couple while the woman can be seen in her uniform. The husband even tries to save his wife from the beating but is pulled aside by the crowd as women slap and thrash the pilot.

According to reports, the couple had employed a 10-year-old girl for domestic work about two months back. A relative of the girl spotted injury marks on her arms and informed the police, stated NDTV.

The news reached the locals who then came to see the girl. After seeing the marks of injury on her arms and under her eyes, a mob gathered and attacked the couple, NDTV reported.
