He further said that the people of Delhi will give replies to all those videos. "MCD elections are becoming quite clear, it's BJP's 10 videos versus Kejriwal's 10 guarantees. Satyendar Jain Videos From Jail

Fresh CCTV footage of jailed Delhi minister Satyendar Jain has emerged from Tihar Jail in which the Aam Aadmi Party leader is seen in conversation with some people, including the Jail superintendent Ajit Kumar who is currently under suspension.

In the purported videos sourced from Tihar Jail, Jain can be seen lying on his bed and Ajit Kumar is seated on a chair nearby while the pair apparently seem to be having a conversation. Kumar was suspended as Tihar Jail Superintendant on November 14 for allegedly providing special treatment to the Delhi minister.

At the beginning of the footage from earlier this September, the Delhi minister is seen interacting with several people who leave before Ajit Kumar enters Jain's cell. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla tweeted the footage and posted on his Twitter account, "Yet another video of Tihar put out by the media. This time the Satyendar ka darbaar has a Jail superintendent who has now been suspended."

"After maalish by child rapist & Nawabi meal now this! This is corruption therapy of AAP but Kejriwal Ji defends this! Will he sack SJ now?," Shehzad Jai Hind Twitter handle tweeted. The new CCTV footage came after the Tihar Jail Superintendent was suspended for allegedly providing special treatment to jailed Jain.

Earlier, purported videos of the minister getting a massage inside his cell in Tihar went viral on social media. The Aam Aadmi Party however asserted that Jain was receiving physiotherapy. The person administering massage to Jain was not a physiotherapist, furthermore, he has been identified as rape accused too, news agency ANI reported citing sources.

Jailed Delhi Minister was being given a massage by an accused in a rape case, the official sources claimed on Tuesday. The Tihar Jail official sources claimed that the prisoner, identified as Rinku, was "not a physiotherapist" and has been charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. "The masseur providing massage to jailed Delhi min Satyendar Jain is a prisoner Rinku. He's a prisoner in a rape case, charged u/s 6 of the POCSO Act and 376, 506 & 509 of IPC. He's not a physiotherapist," the sources claimed.

The purported CCTV footage dated September 13 shows the minister lying on his bed while a man seated next to him is seen massaging his foot. Jain has been in jail since June. A Delhi court denied his bail application on November 16.

Delhi Liquor Policy

The charge sheet submitted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Delhi's liquor scam on Friday did not name the deputy chief minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia who was mentioned in the FIR in the connection with the scam. The charge sheet named seven accused, including AAP's communications chief, Sisodia's close aide Vijay Nair, and Hyderabad-based businessman Abhishek Boinpally.

Speaking on the Delhi liquor scam, Kejriwal on Saturday said that Manish Sisodia got a clean chit. He further said that around 800 officers of the Enforcement Directorate and CBI were working and they were given just one work, do anything and put Manish Sisodia in jail.

"Manish Sisodia got a clean chit. Around 800 officers of CBI-ED were working on it for the last 4 months. They were given just one work- do anything, put Manish Sisodia behind bars. Yesterday's charge sheet shows they didn't get any evidence against him," Kejriwal said. Sisodia also demanded action against the Chief Secretary and the resignation of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinai Kumar Saxena.

Hitting out at the Central government, Sisodia said that it used CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) to intimidate opposition parties and harass opposition leaders. The excise policy was passed in Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Cabinet in the middle of the deadly Delta COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The Delhi government's version is that the policy was formulated to ensure the generation of optimum revenue, and eradicate the sale of spurious liquor or non-duty paid liquor in Delhi, besides improving user experience.

Following the case, several raids were conducted at 21 places in Delhi and the National Capital Region, including Manish Sisodia's residence and four public servants' premises, according to a CBI official.
