On January 14, 2018, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office in California received a 911 call at 6 am. The caller informed the authorities that two of her siblings were chained to their bed. The perpetrator of this torture, the caller said, was none other than their own parents.  Thus came to light a story of child abuse in the US that shocks the world to this day.
