In yet another video of animal abuse, a man from Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida is going viral for thrashing her pet dog. What made the act exceedingly cruel was the man picking up the dog and body-slamming it on the floor of his balcony. A woman is also seen in the video standing at the door.

The video of the act is now viral. Actor Raveena Tandon also shared the video initially uploaded by an X user named Kaveri Rana. The incident reportedly took place at Mahagun Mantraa 1, Sector 10, in the Ecotech-3 area of Greater Noida. After the video of the act went viral, the DCP of Central Noida said that the Ecotech-3 police station in-charge has been directed to investigate and take necessary action.

This heinous act of cruelty can't be termed discipline! The accused is not only cruel but also shameless to cover the act 😨

It is not clear what happened to the dog after that. However, as per a TOI report, the dog did not seem to have suffered any external injury according to the police.

The police have taken suo motu cognisance of the video and booked the accused, who claimed he was only disciplining the dog.
