Himachal Girl Complains Of Reckless Driving By Tourists In Hill Stations: 'They Think It's Their GT Road'
The girl in the viral video claimed tourists make trouble for animals due to their reckless driving. They make noise from the silencer of the bike or woofer when they pass through the tunnels.
While the tourism in the Himalayan states is on a rise in the recent years, the surging footfall of travellers and their reckless behaviour have raised eyebrows among the local residents.
There have been several incidents in the past where the reckless driving on dangerous terrain, risking the lives of other people, have received criticism.
However, the reckless behaviour of tourists, especially those coming from metro cities and neighbouring the Himalayan states have apalled the locals.
A video has emerged where a young girl from Himachal narrates how the visitors from Delhi, Punjab and Haryana are very annoying and engage in rash driving while playing loud music in the 'noisy' bikes.
The video, which has gone viral on social media platform X, the girl, who is currently living in Chandigarh, said, " People coming from Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi are very annoying. They engage in rash driving and when you say anything they engage in road rage."

Rash driving and road accidents are not uncommon in Himachal, where the dangerous terrain, coupled with reckless driving lead to several mishaps.

The incident took place on Vikrambag Road at Kala Amb near Nahan in Sirmaur district, according to a report in India Express.
On June 17, Three individuals from Dinanagar, Punjab, caused chaos by shattering the windscreens of at least seven vehicles parked at a private hotel in Nurpur, located in the Kangra district.
