Bank Holidays in December 2023: During the month of December, banks are scheduled to remain closed for a total of 18 days due to both national and regional holidays. 

As we say goodbye to November and winter sets in, the month of December promises festivity, lights, and celebration. The last month of the year will be full of revelry as everyone gears up to welcome the new year . The festival of Christmas will see the whole country immersed in festivities. Certain regions like Itanagar and Kohima will observe bank holidays for state inauguration day. Other holidays during the month will include all Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays.
