The Single Man's Eureka Moment: Future Mrs Always Right, By Dr Lal Bhatia

New Delhi (India), February 7: Ever had that "aha" moment when you realize your future spouse will always be the real boss, even if you're a total dud? Yup, me too. So I wrote a poem to mark the occasion. This a friendly reminder that no matter how much you fuss, your partner will always come out on top. Ta-da! My homage to the single dude's realization that his future better half is always, always correct!

I was cruisin' solo on life's bumpy ride,

Lookin' for love, I swiped left and swiped right.

But then, one night, I heard my heart say:

"Your future wife will always be right!"

“Eureka!” I've got it figured, as a single guy,

My future missus will always win, no need to try.

She'll steer us forward with her wise mind,

And I'll be the lucky chap who gets to be her kind!

She's like a human Google with all the answers,

No more searching like a lost romancer.

She knows the capital of Timbuktu with ease,

And who won the Battle of the Beef with the cheesiest cheese!

She's got the answers, it's plain to see,

Even when I think I'm right, I'm wrong, can you believe!

So I'll save my breath and energy too,

And just nod and say: "Yes dear, whatever you say will do."

Married to a brainiac? We're in for a treat!

Life's mysteries solved, like a case complete.

Here's to my future spouse, the dream girl of my life,

Her clever ways will shine and bring joy, not strife!

I thought I was a genius, a real smartie,

But then she came along and changed my party.

She's like a superhero in a wedding ring,

Always right, and that's an amazing thing!

Here's to the gal with all the smarts,

Her love so warm, it will melt my heart.

I'll always be grateful, it's no lie,

And for her uncanny ability to never be wrong, oh my!

Forever and always, we'll cruise side by side!
