He was also instrumental in setting up a student-led sustainability committee, which initiated several eco-friendly initiatives on campus. It was during this time that Subham honed the skills that would later guide his entrepreneurial journey.

After graduation, Subham entered the corporate world, but he felt a deeper calling. In 2016, he founded Varistor Technologies Private Limited. This wasn't just a business venture; it was a platform for his unwavering commitment to sustainability. Through Varistor, Subham revolutionised the industry with brands like VariEx for fire safety innovations and SolarClue, an e-commerce platform for solar solutions. His passion and dedication to sustainability were evident in every endeavour.

Driven by his vision of a sustainable future, Subham expanded his ventures with Varistor Solar, a manufacturing unit focused on solar products. His tireless dedication to environmental sustainability sparked a revolution in the industry. Subham's efforts garnered recognition, including the prestigious Fastest Growing Indian Company Excellence Award,' a testament to the rapid growth and positive impact of his ventures in a short period.
