Adding a few more pieces of advice, he says, "Be very certain and sure about what you are doing. Confidence is everything, and it will take you a long way. Moreover, one should be ready to take risks. Success won't come easily or overnight; there are a lot of sacrifices that you will have to make and risks that you will have to take."
