Importance of IIW She Inspire Awards
IIW She Inspire Awards are essential for the following reasons:
Honouring the Silent- Many women act as silent warriors. Not every woman achieves the spotlight. One of the significant contributions of women is helping others. The initiative under Policy Ghar and IIW was a considerable step away from the usual pattern followed by most mainstream organizers. They honoured people from the most underprivileged parts of society and gave them a global platform.
Respecting Resilience : By bringing people from all walks of society, the organizers mainly honoured the idea of resilience inherent in women from across the globe.
Establishing Connection : The whole event can be considered a prominent example of women's collective. The program under the shared leadership of Policy Ghar shouted out to the world that women everywhere will always remain connected. This collective consciousness is significant in the global women's movement for equality.
