New Delhi: Tata Motors has added a lot of new features to the Safari and the Harrier including ADAS and a larger touchscreen. One of the complaints with the current Safari and Harrier has been the small touch screen, which has now been rectified. With the new Red Dark Editions, there would not only be a larger touchscreen but also an addition of features including a 360-degree camera along with ADAS features.
These features are very important Tata Motors have also taken the opportunity to add more luxury features as well. The ADAS features include auto emergency braking, traffic assist and more. Then you also get 6 airbags. The 360-degree camera feature is helpful in parking and it addresses one of the issues with the current Harrier/Safari having a small rear camera display.
The larger screen brings in a new look infotainment screen though we will reserve judgement until we experience the car in the future.
