Andhra Pradesh: Three Killed After A Speeding Jeep Hits Culvert In Nandyal
The accident occurred while they were on their way back home after visiting Maddileti Swamy temple in Bethamcherla
Hyderabad: A speeding jeep collided with a roadside culvert on the highway near Gubagundam in Allagadda Mandal on Sunday night in the Nandyal district.
Three people died on the spot. Three others sustained injuries. Two of the injured were in critical condition, while the other sustained minor injuries were shifted to Nandyal Hospital. The deceased have been identified as Venkateshwarlu, Samrajyam and Vijayalakshmi from Maidukuru in the Kadapa district.

Upon receiving the information, the police rushed to the spot and examined it. Those trapped in Scorpio were pulled out and rushed to the hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.

On Sunday, another road accident took place on the Yanam-Edurlanka bridge on National Highway 216 in the present Konaseema district of East Godavari district. The tipper collided with a motorcycle.
A two-wheeler carrying four members of a family, including two children, collided with a lorry while they were returning from Yanam town. The lorry was on its way to Yanam.
The incident occurred as the family from the region of Draksharam was going home after attending a programme.
