Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Reddy Visits Flood-Hit Konaseema

CM asked flood victims about the response from local officials in attending to their problems.

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday visited the flood-affected areas in BR Ambedkar Konaseema district. The Chief Minister spoke with the flood victims and asked the officers about flood relief measures.

He spoke to the victims at Pucchakayalavaripeta, Arigelavaripeta, Vudimudilanka, and Mekalapalem areas in the Konaseema district. He consoled the flood victims and inquired about the response from local officials in attending to their problems. He promised to do justice to everyone. 

Concerning the flood victims in Gantipedapudi, CM Jagan said every house had been given compensation and essentials. He assured the victims that this government's responsibility is to do good for all.

On Wednesday, CM Jagan will visit the Godavari flood areas and will interact with the victims. The CM will leave Rajamahendravaram R&B Guest House at 8.30 am on Wednesday and reach Chittoor in Alluri Seetharama Raju district. At 9.30 AM, he will meet with the flood victims in the Kuyuguru and Chatti villages of Chinthur Mandal. At 12 noon, CM will reach Kannayagutta village of Velerupadu Mandal of Eluru district and look at the photo gallery of the flood-affected towns.

After that, CM will meet with the flood victims of Tirumalapuram and Narlavaram villages. Afterwards, they will leave at 1 pm and reach the Tadepalli camp office.
